TWERKOUT WITH TOOCH Hi, I’m Tooch and I am an LTO instructor. Twerkout is a workout class where you learn twerk moves! It helps build your technique and confidence. It’s great for beginners because we go over the moves step by step! It’s also great practice or a refresher for those who already know how! Its always a great workout and fun alternative for working out. Both genders welcome! Adults ONLY 18+ Bring your friends, partner, mom, workout buddy or family! It’s a great way to bond, learn something new or share laughs! Great for ladies nights, birthday or bachelorette parties. Private group classes and one on one available to book through text. Please wear comfortable clothes..must wear Sneakers! no heels, slides or barefeet. Knees pads will help but aren’t required! They are optional and available for rent at class. bring water.
