Aloha! Are you ready to move your hips island style? Come join us for an hour as we smile and sweat the morning away. WHO: YOU WHAT: ISLAND HIPS CLASS WHERE: her Elevated WHY: TO SEE YOU SMILE. HOW MUCH: $15 per person Please bring a face towel and water. If you have a wrap to put over your hips please feel free to bring that to class. If not, no worries at all.
