Hello, We need to rehome our 4 year old cat, Max. Over a year ago we moved into a neighborhood with a HOA and Max wants to be an indoor / outdoor kitty, but the HOA's regulations prohibit pets being outside off leashes, unsupervised by the owner. Max was a stray when we found him at 1 year old and either had always lived outside, or was abandoned. I'd call him a feral cat, but he is pretty domesticated, he comes around people -- he just needs to be able to go outside and roam. He's a great hunter if you have field mice, we've received lots of presents. He's truly an interesting dude he stands up and opens cabinets, and even says "hello". Because he was feral his left ear is clipped meaning that he was neutered and had his first round of vaccines, and we are getting him another round of vaccines on Monday.
