Hi, I am looking for someone to clean, manage the property (basic upkeep), and assist me with errands/chores of my lakeside chalet in Ludlow in exchange for lodging. I have a furnished basement room and living area with a private entrance that I rarely use. Could be all yours if you wanted to stay in the house full or part time in exchange for help. House is 2 mins from Jackson Gore and 15 mins from Bear Mtn entrance of Killington. Expect it to be 15 hours a week based on a market rent of $1500/month. Negotiable on terms. House and area are beautiful. I have one cat.
