It's a Wonderful Life in Lafayette Holiday Celebration Sunday, Dec. 5, 4pm-6pm in Lafayette's Plaza Park: Santa, Train, Olaf, Entertainment ℌ𝔢𝔯𝔢 𝔠𝔬𝔪𝔢𝔰 𝔖𝔞𝔫𝔱𝔞 ℭ𝔩𝔞𝔲𝔰! It's a Wonderful Life in Lafayette Holiday Celebration Sunday, Dec. 5, 4pm-6pm in Lafayette's Plaza Park (corner of Mt. Diablo Blvd. & Moraga Rd). This fun, family-friendly event includes Santa's arrival on Lafayette's historic firetruck, "Old Betsy," free train rides on the Lafayette Express, official tree lighting, one-of-a-kind photo ops, live entertainment, and kid’s activities. Plus a special appearance by Olaf! Free to attend, food/drinks and seasonal items for purchase. Festivities begin at 4pm. Santa will arrive at via Golden Gate Way at 4:30pm. Tree lighting at 5:30pm. The “It’s a Wonderful Life in Lafayette” event is presented by the Lafayette Chamber, and sponsored by the Dana Green Team and Branagh Development, who together are also hosting the environmentally-friendly downtown Lafayette twinkle lights for the holiday season. Celebration includes: 🎙Welcome by Pamela Freund-Striplen Gold Coast Chamber Players and Love Lafayette Mayor Susan Candell 🎵 Live entertainment from Myeve Capozzi Vocal Training, Town Hall Theatre, Charlotte Tschann, Springhill Girl Scout Troop 31116 and others! 😄 Activities for kids by Mindful Littles ☕ Free hot chocolate from Lamorinda Sunrise Rotary Food & drinks for purchase: 🍷 Bubbly from Hollie's Homegrown 🍺 Beer from Headlands Brewing Company and Canyon Club Brewery 🍷 Wine from Wine Thieves 🥤 Non-alcoholic drinks from Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling and Joe Dougherty 🍪 Elf treats from Lola's Sweet Treats 🌮 Food, including kid's menu items, from Halal Bites of Chicago Be sure to checkout the messages from 3rd graders at St. Perpetua School and #lafsdk8 schools!
