Looking to put together a authentic J Geils influenced band. We are gonna be big in Grand Rapids, and actually everywhere else since I don't actually live there. Infectious grooves shall abound these studio halls. I have a whole studio ready, just need the right people. J Geils Band is so hot right now. Look it up. My vision is to be Michigan's #1 dance party corporate yacht rock style band. I think it can happen, just need to bring the goods. We don't have to BE the J Geils Band, but we gotta channel that vibe, know what I mean? We gotta rip it like "Whammer Jammer," "Love Stinks," (who doesn't love that one), and of course "Centerfold." I got gear, man do I got gear. Music is my friggin life and I know good music. You should also have gear, and it better not suck. I play tambourines, and have been known to flute a flute or two. I'm not a douche, but I you will probably think I am. Those who apply have to also be douches (or not?) to be considered. Don't waste my time if you are easy going and personable. Not the kind of thing I'm putting together. We need that dynamism in the group, conflict breeds creatively or so I've read on some blogs.
