Ignite your senses, dive into your subconscious and relax your being before the holiday season. The evening begins with light movement, guided visualization, and drumming. We will then begin a sound bath where you will be immersed in the ethereal frequencies of crystal singing bowls and galactic gongs. The sounds will guide you to deeper states of consciousness to access spaces in your brain that promote healing, creativity, and deep relaxation. Following the Sound Bath, we will pour the cacao in your favorite mug and Hannah will guide the ceremony for further integration of the Sound Bath and magic of Cacao. Cacao is a superfood beverage that offers a boost of energy without the crash of modern-day stimulating beverages. It is considered a plant medicine that is used for consciousness and spiritual expansion, creativity and productivity. The Cacao Hannah journey’s with is ceremonial grade meaning it is used in sacred ceremony to expand the heart and mind for healing.
