Help us Remember, Honor, and Teach on December 18, 2021 at 12:30 PM.
If you were unable to secure a reservation for the Wreaths Across America Ceremony, but still wish to participate in the event, sign-up here to join a second wave of volunteers to finish placing wreaths in Stones River National Cemetery on Saturday December 18, 2021 at 12:30 PM.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED! In order to follow policies and guidance aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19, we will be limiting participation to ensure ample space is available for all participants to maintain a distance of at least six feet from others.
Each registered volunteer will have the opportunity to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud. Participants will park in the recreational/overflow parking area near the park visitor center. We ask that you do not arrive at the park earlier than 12:15 PM to allow enough time for the first group of participants to leave the area.
Stones River National Battlefield, a unit of the National Park Service, preserves and interprets the landscapes where one of the most important battles of the American Civil War raged from December 31, 1862 through January 2, 1863.
