DuBois, a senior marketing major in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware, died on Nov. 22, 2021, at RWJBH Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey, surrounded by his family. He was 21. "On behalf of the entire University, I extend our deepest condolences to Jack's family and the many members of our community who knew and loved him," said Adam Cantley, dean of students. "We are all saddened by this loss." His degree will be awarded posthumously later this year. Mark Bambach, marketing professor, said "Jack was in two of my classes and was an A student in both.
