Press release from the Peninsula School District: 2021-12-02 The Peninsula School District Highly Capable testing referral form is open from October 25, 2021 through February 4, 2022. Please click here to view and complete the form. Please note, there is a single online referral form for teachers and parents. Each student will need one guardian/parent form as well as a recent educator's form filled out. The questionnaire linked above serves as the referral and permission for Highly Capable testing/services form.
