Press release from Franklin Special School District: November 29, 2021 The FSSD Board of Education voted on November 29 to rescind the mask requirement for students, staff, and visitors. Citing low positive cases in the school and the community, as well as the availability of the vaccine to ages 5 and older, the Board voted unanimously to lift the requirement.
