Window Cleaner etc. This a full-time position. Experienced Window Cleaners/Cleaning Technicians: Show and tell. Show me you can, tell me how much, and why. 60K-90K/yr. Wages are determined by experience, abilities, skills, ability to follow procedures, adherence to safety protocols, participation as a company employee, and value as a team member. Primary Services provided to Commercial and Residential clients: Window Cleaning Gutter Cleaning Pressure Washing Building Washing Access Methods used/experience required: Ladder - up to 32' Mandatory, 40' increases pay rate. Man Lift (straight boom and articulated lifts - Mandatory Rope Access - Basic fall arrest knowledge and application Mandatory. Bosuns Chair + Rigging experience increases pay rate. Basic requirements for applicants include: • Ability to speak conversational English. • Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean MVR (3yrs) • Background check • Authorized to work in USA • Reliable vehicle to and from Pick-up location. • Work is M – F with and some Saturdays. • Ability to lift 60+ lbs. • Comfortable working at height (Some or all - ladders, roofs, man-lifts, rope access)
