CALIFORNIA — We know that Californians were on the move last weekend, visiting friends and family for Thanksgiving.
Did your travels take you to Sacramento? A Powerball ticket for Saturday's drawing that matched the first five numbers drawn, but missed the Powerball number, was purchased at a store there.
The ticket is worth $1,675,676. The winning numbers ate 8, 32, 55, 64, and 66. The Powerball number was 10.
No one won the multi-state jackpot, which was also not claimed on Monday or Wednesday. The next drawing, on Saturday, will have a jackpot of $278 million.
Friday's MegaMillions jackpot will be worth $112 million, while Saturday's SuperLottoPlus is $8 million.
The lottery has released its holiday scratchers, priced at $1, $5, $10, and $20. The top prize is $5 million.
Second chance drawings of $25,000 are planned for losing scratchers.
