Seeking other musicians to form group

Hi- I can play a few instruments: guitar, bass, I can sing, I can program drums and use DAWs if need be. I also have a harmonica that I recently bought mostly for the novelty factor. Been playing guitar since I was 13 years old and bass since 15. So I’ve never been in a band before, I’ve been looking for one but I meet people who make music that I don’t want to make (like a death metal band or something). I also get distracted by working on my solo project, but I'm interested and open to collaboration with other musicians, whatever it is that you play. I try to be open minded about the music that I could participate in but I’m not interested in folk, metal, or the blues. I wanna be in a rock band with some other influences sure. I'm open to synth players as well if you do that. Also I went to jam with this band once and the singer just sang random words into the mic. I like music you can sing along to, so that wasn't really my thing. You don’t have to listen to the same music that I do/have the same influences. I don’t really feel like name dropping a bunch of my favorite artists right here, I don’t want to be a cover band or an imitation. Let me know what instrument(s)you play. Where you live. I’d prefer it if Seattle was accessible to you, I’m not interested in making a 4 hour commute to Marysville or somewhere. I don’t have a car, I take the bus and/or the light rail. Maybe we can meet up and chat about music over a drink or coffee if that’s more your thing.
