Looking for a long term studio mate for my unique central Seattle space. About the space: Located on the second floor of a completely private light industrial building (no other rehearsal spaces nearby) close to the CD and Beacon Hill. Very Large room with loft storage and shelving, Huge new windows for lots of natural light, private bathroom, some sound treatment, 24/7 secure access. Quite a bit of gear. No neighbors to bother. Easily rehearse/record a full band anytime of day or night. About me: Producer, indie label owner, who is into electronic music and psych rock. I have a band that uses the space for rehearsals and recording. I use the space a few nights a week to rehearse and odd daytime hours before 5 whenever I can during the week. Almost never there on weekends. About you: Conscientious, discreet, responsible, flexible, respectful, recording nerd, sense of humor. Ideally we share or consolidate gear and keep the space streamlined and come up with a schedule that works for both of us. Need at least 650 a month to keep the space going. For that you’ll get multiple dedicated nights, and other time as needed/available/agreed upon. Not opposed to having another whole band there but depends on the specifics.
