Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/02/2021 4:34 AM 12/1/21 2021-3388, Domestic Battery: On 12/1/21 at 7:22 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery in the 0 to 99 block of Hubbard Way, Oswego Township. The incident is under investigation. 2021-3388, Domestic Battery: 2021-3393, Driving While License Suspended: On 12/1/21 at 2:44 p.m., sheriff's deputies were investigating a separate incident in the 300 block of East Rt. 71, Newark, Big Grove Township and made contact with Kim Swon.  Swon, a 23-year-old female from the 16000 block of Fern Dell Road, Newark was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license. Swon was cited for driving while license suspended and released on her own recognizance.    2021-3394, Criminal Sexual Assault: On 12/1/21 at 4:00 p.m., sheriff's deputies received a report of criminal sexual abuse that occurred previously to today's date in the 0 to 99 block of S. Bereman Road, Oswego Township. The incident in under investigation. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
