Take the Christmas Story Walk ending in Castlescape for Silent Night Strings - carols by candlelight accompanied by string quartet. The time you are registering for is the time the music begins. Plan to walk around the church for the Christmas Story Walk beforehand. The story begins behind the church at the oversized Advent Candles and ends in Castlescape with Silent Night strings and candlelight. (4:15pm, 5:00pm, 5:45pm) This evening, Castlescape is transformed into a place of joy and longing. In joy of Jesus' birth, we hum the beautiful carols and share the light of Christ. In longing, we light grotto candles in memory of loved ones, in sorrow of separation, and in prayer for our world. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared to walk and stand. (No seating and no indoor access offered) Guests must follow social distancing and wear masks to promote safety and show care for one another. In case of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled by 3:00pm the day of. *By attending this event, you agree to abide by procedures established by Christ Presbyterian Church to protect attendees and staff, and you voluntarily assume the risk that you and/or your family may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 either at the church or the event.
