Club Pilates will be hosting monthly classes to support the Madison College Fitness and Recreation Management Program students fundraise.
These Pilates classes will offer you a low-impact, full-body workout! Level 1 is ideal for beginners who want a safe and effective class experience to build a solid Pilates foundation. We will help you focus on form and alignment to help you master Pilates fundamentals, so you can get the most out of your workout as you advance. This class is ideal for all fitness levels, is easily modified for those with physical limitations, and focuses on overall body awareness.
50 Min Reformer Pilates Class - no experience necessary
Grip socks are required to attend class- you may bring your own or purchase a pair in the studio.
All proceeds will go back to the Madison College Fitness and Recreation Management Program students to help them pay for their upcoming conferences and certifications.
