All bedrooms come furnished with a Roku tv, bed, dresser and closets. Rent is paid weekly on Fridays $200 per week for a single occupant or $250 for double occupancy añd utilities (WiFi, gas heat/hot water, electricity) are included. $200 security deposit paid with first weeks rent. An application and previous landlord reference is expected for consideration. Current tenants are 2 female, professionals looking for another working professional between the age of 25-45 and someone who is drug-free. There is one dog in the home who is a friendly, excited puppy. He is 10 months old, kid friendly, dog friendly and of course people friendly and since he is still a puppy he is still learning and I just ask for patience with him time to time :).
