Snipes Construction is an established contractor in the class A commercial sector growing at an aggressive rate. We currently specialize in tenant finish and core and shell completion. Additionally our investment arm has multiple residential development projects underway. Our current plans are to expand into larger commercial development projects. The ideal candidate will have spectacular attention to detail as well as a passion for creation and learning. They would have a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial project experience. This could be substituted by residential project management with detail and punch list experience. We provide our employees and subcontractors a fun and creative environment with exciting opportunities.   Primary responsibilities: - Represent Snipes Construction LLC and our customer satisfaction  - Work with subs, employees, and tenants to ensure a smooth and successful project through completion  - Work with city inspectors and architectural officials to ensure compliance and safety - Coordinate purchasing material orders and make trips to various vendors - Planning and scheduling  - Work together to keep jobs on time and budget Requirements: - 3-5 years’ experience  - Safe driving record - Great organizational skills - Microsoft Office proficiency - Good understanding of construction level math  - The ability to work independently and in a large team environment - Ability to read blueprints  - Ability to create protocols and procedures for success - Ability to think outside the box to find a better way and your own way - Creative desire to learn and build  - Pay and Benefits: - Varies depending on experience
