Need some help and odd 1099 jobs done in SE Denver. Pay is $15.00 per hour by check. (My bank is 6 blocks away). Can pay at end of day or for a few hours work as long as task(s) gets finished. If you do drugs or alcohol, smoke weed or cigarettes or like to be on the phone while working, or come to work "high", then this is not the place for you. Have tasks that reange from: A.. 1/2 hour to help me move some wood shelving away from drain clean-out area and back; B. Regrading and building up areas of backyard: 1. In an approx. 22' x 8' area Rake up rock driveway to knock dirt off and shovel 3/4" rocks into wheelbarrow or buckets Then, get rid of bushes next to it in garden, put down landscape plastic or cloth, and spread the cleaned-up rocks there. 2. a.Dig out claysoil NEXT to basement wall in an approx. 3' x 2' x 4' deep area, remove in buckets to backyard and dump in nearby areas (until ground is built up at least 4"-6") b. Dig claysoil out of a 4' x 6' x 3' deep basement "Planter", remove in buckets to dump in backyard areas (until ground is built up at least 4-6") c. We are looking for piers under the existing basement wall in a and b. C. Moving building materials and furniture, and organizing: a. need to clear off existing platform/ deck and move staircase and 250# steel beam into adjacent enclosed platform. b. need to inventory and choose lumber on site for expanding and enclosing the above platform/deck and organize lumber. c. Move doors and /or partially disassemble 2 small decks short distance to "grade" below, then move back. Be able to lift objects and building materials safely is required. Operatating a Demo tool / Hammer drill with spade bit and/or concrete saw safely is helpful. Bring your own ppe ie work gloves, warm clothes, work shoes,face MASK when indoors, eye protection, lunch and rain/snow boots/gear if needed. D. Have large BY HAND claysoil excavation and concrete removal job in basement if interested--you may wish to bid on this: Want to remove approx. 14' wide x 9'-12' long x 6' high area of claysoil from basement and dump in backyard. Concrete patio on top is under an Addition and will have to be sawed or jackhammered out and removed to backyard also. E. Have above platform / deck expansion and enclosure project you can bid on if interested F. Have Dirt Hallway and stairwell remodel project involving framing, installing stairs, doors, deck flooring, drywall and paint you can bid on if interested. G. Have tile work in showerr and hall that needs finished. H. If bidding on large projects you must have your own tools. I will supply all materrials needed. If you do not have your own tools and are working for $15 per hour on small projects, I may let you use mine.
