Description

I have two small (18"X9") areas on a concrete wall that need to be smoothed out in preparation to mount angle brackets. I believe someone with a hand held concrete planer, such as found at could easily do the job in fifteen minutes. Alternatively if you have such a tool and are willing to rent it out, I could do the job myself.
