Smokin' Jacks' BBQ Milwaukee's newest bbq concept is teaming up with Chef Ramses Alvarez, and Ward's House of Prime, for the first in a series of smoked meat chef dinners.
Every month we will highlight one of Milwaukee's top chefs and they will place their spin on our already legendary Smoked Meats.
Smokin' Jack's BBQ started as a ghost kitchen concept operating inside of the Point Burger Bar (10950 W Good Hope Rd.) with 2 new locations in the coming year.
These Chef dinners will be held as a pop-up in some of your favorite restaurants throughout the Milwaukee area.
Seating will be limited due to the current climate. However, we will be offering the chefs creation for pick-up as well as dine-in.
Dine-In $85 all courses will be paired with either a glass of wine or cocktail by our talented mixologist.

Course one - smokehouse scallops
U-10 scallops, cured and pinewood smoked scallops,
chive mousse
Course two - pork belly confit -
Pork belly confit , pommels soufflé, smoked then
grilled maitake mushrooms steak, red mole
Course three - smoking Jacks 12 hours smoked
brisket - pink peppercorn grits, blistered shashitos,
yellow pepper glacé
Course four - miso and kumbu smoked Chilean
salmon - ginger carrots, corn chawanmushi
Course four - Point Root Beer doughnuts -
Fresh yeast doughnuts with root beer glaze, candied
bacon .
