Calling all sound geeks that know more than me. Can you help me improve a testing station for harmful frequencies and acoustic harassment? I’m unfortunate to have a odd ball who is trying to be a domestic terrorist and is using acoustic harassment with concealed odd rigged devices places near the fence. He didn’t like that I asked him if we could work on the 5 barking dogs starting at 6AM. I asked nice but he went Rambo on me. I have a pretty good set up that shows he’s using mosquito type devices. He works on it for hours to hyped it up. Anyone interested in helping me figure this one out? It’s rather uncomfortable being in the house now. I need to have solid records to bring to authorities to make it end. Thank you!!
