Hello. I'm Jenny. I'm a life coach in the area and I'm opening my schedule to new clients. The first session is free so you can decide if it's a good fit for your needs. There is no obligation to continue with paid sessions, but they are $135 per hour. I have a BS in psychology and I've been through a great deal of coaching and therapy, personally. I have also helped loved ones through addiction, mental health disorders, and abusive relationships. I'm not afraid of going into deep, dark, gnarly places and I find meaning in witnessing others' stories without judgment. I'm a lifelong learner who always has my head in a self-help or psychology book, and I believe in a holistic, heart-centered approach in helping people reach their goals.
