Press release from the City of Oakdale: December 1, 2021 Beginning in 2022, residents will be able to apply for a permit to operate Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs) on local city streets. Owners need to apply in person, at City Hall, 1584 Hadley Avenue. Owners will be provided with a map showing where they may travel, a copy of the city code, and a window decal to display on the UTV.
