Occupancy Inspectors Wanted! No Exp Needed

Our company, Accurate Inspection Services Inc., is currently seeking Occupancy Inspectors in Washington D.C., Prince George’s County and Montgomery County to complete inspections for mortgage companies. Do you currently drive for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash or Postmates? Are you looking for a way to earn more money during the slow hours, or just in general? As an Occupancy Inspector, your job will be to drive to your assigned properties, take a few required photos, and answer basic questions about the property condition and whether or not it is currently occupied. We use an App to do all of this, so you must have a smartphone (Apple or Android, although the app works best on Apple devices) with access to Wi-Fi. Inspections pay individually at a flat rate, so you can choose to work a lot (some of our inspectors complete over 100 orders in a day) or a little (we have retired employees that complete maybe 20 orders in a week). Most often, our inspectors set up a route for themselves that allows them to visit and complete the most inspections in the shortest amount of time (on average, 20-50 orders in a day). All terms of payment will be made available to you, including information on travel opportunities and bonuses. - You can make your own schedule! As long as the orders assigned to you are completed by their due date, when you complete them is up to you! Most orders are assigned at least 10 days in advance, so there’s plenty of flexibility to accommodate your schedule. - The amount of money you earn is up to you! We’ll explain the pay rates for different types of inspections, and we’ll teach you how to optimize your route so that you can be as efficient as possible (to save yourself time while maximizing your earning potential) Job Requirements: - A working smartphone (Apple or Android, though Apple works best for our App) - Reliable access to Wi-Fi - Your own, reliable, and insured vehicle - Pass a background check - A GPS unit with routing capabilities (we have a few units that can be loaned out until you are able to purchase your own) - Ability to work during daylight hours – as this job revolves primarily around taking photos, it’s necessary to take those photos while the sun is up, so unfortunately this job isn’t a good fit for those with evening availability only.
