We specialize in condominium restoration and repair in Northern Va. Well-established company with plenty of work. Jobs may include: painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, caulking, pressure washing, waterproofing, masonry repairs, concrete and water damage repairs. We don't expect applicant to have experience in all. Some occasional ladder work. Generally, we have indoor work during inclement weather and have work through the Winter months. Overtime hours are optional. You must have a drivers license and reliable transportation. Must have proper documentation Applicant must have a great work ethic, should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to lift 75 pounds. Benefits are offered after a trial period. Minimum 1 year experience of working with your hands is preferred. Normal hours are 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Please include your phone number and job history in your reply.
