Wanting to form a variety band

I used to live in harlingen many years ago. I am considering moving to harlingen and would like to reform the band I have in Houston, in harlingen. The genres that we are playing are Soanish/Classic/Modern Rock & Modern Country hits. Modern Country is not usually danceable and sounds a lot like 80's Rock. ex: ( Brantley Gentry-Bottoms up & Lee Brice - Memory I don't mess with ). I sing and play both rhythm & lead guitar. Primarily, I am looking for a bass player and drummer with both having singing abilities lead & harmony. I would be open to a second guitarist whether they play lead or not as long as they have singing abilities in the tenor range and can harmonize. Otherwise we'll just stay as a 3 piece till our budget grows and can afford a fourth man. I hope you hear from you guys soon. Thanks
