I need a helper for painting, carpet removal, installing laminate flooring, etc. in Springdale. I'm remodeling a small house, and I have the skill to do most of the work, but I need an extra pair of hands for some of the work, and I need to try to finish the job before the end of December, if at all possible. The person I hire for this temporary gig will need to have experience in doing work of the type I describe. I'm hoping to find someone who can work 4-5 hours a day weekdays, possibly weekends, if they're okay with that. Must be agreeable to have a background check done. No smoking, drinking, or drugs on the job. Must have a good work ethic, and not spend all of their time on their cell phone. Payment will be every 7 days until the job is done. I will be providing the materials. I have my own tools, prefer someone who has their own tools as well. This would make a good side gig for a retired individual or someone with a flexible schedule.
