Hello, I need a licensed, knowledgable and experienced construction professional to add a joist or header or whatever the end product might be* to allow for two of three exposed beams (see photos) to be removed completely. It will make room for a small, angled & functional space in our laundry room to fold laundry and let hockey gear dry. However, my gut tells me that these are structural.
