Rock covers looking for co-guitar

***PLEASE READ WHOLE AD BEFORE RESPONDING*** We are a diverse rock cover band looking for a team player co-guitarist. We cover a really wide range of rock from the 60's to today. Must be comfortable being the lead guitarist a good portion of the time but able to share lead guitar duties here and there. We are all very experienced players and have plenty of gig contacts. Will gig about 2x a month when ready. Shooting for early 2022. Must have own gear and transpo. Someone who can either go direct to PA with a modeler or uses a smaller combo amp will get preference. We are a rock band but we try to keep volumes at a reasonable level. We are easy to work with but serious about making the songs the best they can be. We focus on pleasing the crowd and have gigged around ABQ. We want to expand our list and we need a co-guitar to do that. This is a great situation for the right fit. We are a good band. Not a partying situation. Couple beers or a puff ok but not into heavy drinking or getting wasted. Please have a good attitude and easy to get along with. If it matters we are in our 40's and 50's but have a lot of energy and like to have fun at rehearsals and gigs. Someone who understands the goal is to please the venues and the crowds will work best.
