We are searching for a hard-working person who has experience working in landscaping and light construction.   We have an opening to start immediately: * Project Manager; (pay is $20 an hour) 7 years work experience required. OUTDOOR work experience- Candidate will have some of the following work experience installing pavers (natural and manufactured), pond kits, cleaning out beds and installing mulch, installing bed boarders, trimming bushes, hedging shrubs, trimming-cutting down mid sized and small trees with chain saw, stump grinding, power washing, picking weeds, weed whipping, using power pack blower, using an axe, using a wheel barrel, driving a truck and or trailer, etc.... INDOOR work experience- Candidate will have some of the following work experience in Tile Work, Interior and Exterior Painting, Cleaning Services, Wallpapering, Rough Carpentry, Home Improvements, Plaster, Drywall, Light moving, etc… Project Manager must have 7 years of combined indoor and outdoor work experience in the above areas, a work truck, customer references (plus photos of past jobs).
