this guy (alex) claims to be a pool and spa service technician I payed him to clean my pool n spa and to regulate all chemicals paid him for the whole month he never returned. He gets hired on pool supplies locations, Then he takes there clientele so you think he is legit. He has done this to several people in the Inland Empire.
