Converting a walk in closet to a wine room.
Flat roof home, need to drop a new outlet, plus, we had to remove the thermostat when doing a wall removal, so we need to relocated that thermostat to the hallway.
Also, need to trouble shoot the lights in the connected bedroom as it seems we lost power when we removed the wall.
You must supply the wire and plug needed.
Also, I want to add an exhaust fan to this room, and also to relocate a chandelier, so that part can be assessed while doing the thermostat, plug, and power repair.
