I need a ride to Richmond SPCA tomorrow afternoon

I'm in need of a ride tomorrow afternoon from Chester VA to Richmond SPCA,one of my dogs has an appointment at 3:30 so I would have to be there by 3:15 I'm having car problems so I don't trust to drive my car that far. If anyone can help me with transportation let me know I don't have a lot of money to pay someone to take us out there but maybe I can afford to pay someone that's not asking for an extreme amount. Please only respond if you can help also please do not respond with anything inappropriate I just want a ride to SPCA and I can afford to pay something like gas money but again I don't have a lot.
