I know this is a long shot.....but I last saw him about 16 years ago. I had since moved to Cape May and I didn't know that his office had closed. Just trying to obtain some medical records. I know they usually send them to a "holding" facility so that patients can retrieve them for future use. If anyone would have info. on this, I would be so grateful. Appreciate your time!!!!! Thank-You
