Hello, am looking for a very detailed cleaning person to take care of the common areas at my rental properties. Only time you will go into a room, is after some one move out. The job consist of, washing down walls, base boards, sweeping out front and back of house, sweeping inside, mopping, Bathroom, stove, refrigerator, cleaning a few windows. Also, once a month, you will be responsible for picking up cleaning supplies and trash bags and deliver to all properties. Also, kitchen trash cans need to be clean at all properties. You must have your own transportation and cleaning supplies. You my have at lease 5 years experience in the cleaning field. I expect you to be in the house from 2 to 4 hours per job, You will do between 1 - 2 houses per week I pay cash app the same day you work. The pay is 21.00 per hour, NO TAXES COME OUT !!!
