Looking for Rescue for Siamese mix barn cat

Description

We have a semi feral female cat that wandered onto our property. We are not able to keep her but are hoping to find a cat rescue organization that will be able to take her. She is a young Siamese mix up to date with vaccines but just needs to be spayed. We have brought her inside and she is litter box trained but she is not very human friendly. Texts preferred.
