FREE! Ready to set big goals for 2022? Come join us at Leaven Brewing for a vision board party! What is a vision board? Simply put, it is a board reflecting your goals for a specified period of time (usually a year). You put pictures of what you want to achieve or feel on the board, then post it in a place in your home where you will see it at least daily. Not sure what a vision board does? Huffpost describes it as: Creating a sacred space that displays what you want actually does bring it to life. What we focus on expands. When you create a vision board and place it in a space where you see it often, you essentially end up doing short visualization exercises throughout the day. Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do. According to the popular book The Secret, "The law of attraction is forming your entire life experience and it is doing that through your thoughts. When you are visualizing, you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe." We will provide the poster board, magazines to flip through and cut out of, and index cards to write on anything extra. Feel free to bring anything else you may want to add to your board to make it totally yours. We will have a few tables reserved for us to work on, and you can feel free to have a beer or two from Leaven Brewing, or grab some food (they now have their own kitchen).
