Post Office / 1month and 3 weeks delay

On November 26,2021 ; I received a letter back from the post office, post marked October 6, 2021. It was a hand written addressed envelope to Social Service on Chartley Drive. Someone at the post office, wrote a capital (T) in green marking above the (t) in Chartley, indicating the reason it was sent back to me. To add insult to very bad service; this took 1 month and 3 weeks. Yes, honestly and I have the return envelope to prove every word.
