Need individuals who are experienced in all aspects of property maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
Have a valid driver's license and an insured vehicle to use during your shift
Have your own hand tools and basic power tools
Have strong people skills and be a team player
Be able to complete work orders in a timely manner with minimal paperwork involved recording materials, inventory and supplies used
VARIOUS SKILLS NEEDED- Do not have to be proficient at all of the skills listed below
Apartment - make ready, upgrades and maintenance
Dry Wall - remove, hang, patch, mud and tape
Painting - touch ups, new coats and matching
Plumbing - faucets, pipes and hot water tanks
Electrical - power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights and fans
Appliance - service or repair
HVAC - service or repair
Pay weekly $15 - $20 hour depending on experience
