We are seeking a general employee/food production associate for our Holland, Michigan facility. Multiple shifts and areas of the facility are available. Job Description: NEW STARTING WAGES UP TO $18.50 PER HOUR (depending on shift selected) SIGN-ON BONUS OF $1000  FULL TIME BENEFITS In this role you will: Work multiple line positions to complete food production and quality goals Meet all physical and food safety requirements Communicate with team/management to create a productive and positive work environment Cross train to learn all areas of the facility – we promote from within whenever possible! Qualifications: 18 years of age or older Ability to work in a fast-paced active environment Able to work in a refrigerated environment with appropriate protective clothing Perform basic math functions Willing and able to regularly lift/or move up to 40 pounds COVID-19 Considerations: Our workspaces are disinfected multiple times per shift, PPE is provided, all employees and visitors are health screened upon arrival.
