Baby Kitten needs home

I have a baby kitten, probably born with HIV. He is on antibiotics and doing better. I took him from his family because he was sick And so skinny. He went to vet yesterday and is taking dewormer and antibiotics. Today he is playing. He is so friendly, cuddly and really a social kitten. I have dogs and cant keep him. He needs to be in doors for better survival rate. Can someone with no other cats take him to live indoor? He will need his shots. He comes to you go be held. He loves attention. He crawls up in your lap. I want him but my dog wont have it.
