Fresh in from the TNM legal team, approval has been given for an online petition form that meets all the legal requirements of the Texas Election Code. This means Texas registered voters can now sign the TEXIT petition from the convenience of their computers and mobile devices. Previous efforts required meeting a Certified Petition Circulator (CPC) in-person to sign the petition. https://tnm.me/texitpetition/ This post violates none of the 23 community standards but TEXIT gets flagged every time. Pro-Rittenhouse posts, pro-2A posts, anti-vaccine mandate posts, anti-Biden posts, these all remain up for weeks in CL-Community-Politics. However, without out any course language at all, unlike Mason Albert’s “brave” and “intellectual” reply, when I talk about Texas independence it gets flagged multiple times through out the day. I believe in 1st amendment rights of free speech as well as what is stated in Article 1 Section 2 of the Texas Constitution, that “all political power is inherent in the people” of Texas. That power is not inherent in speech suppressing, Californian based social media platforms. That power is not inherent in the elite RINO class Republicans who hang on to problems just enough to recycle them as platform push button issues election after election. That power is not inherent in Republican State Affairs Committee chairs who sat on HB 1359 at the behest of their master at the governor’s mansion. In fact he was censured by his own district and will not return to represent them again. Lastly, that power is not inherent in the trolls that repeatedly silence the issue of Texas Independence by flagging these posts here in Craigslist. Re-posting them is too easy to do and I got all day for this.
