Description
Need maintenance technician for apartment building to make repairs and get apartments ready for move in. Must have experience in light electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, etc. Must have own set of basic tools and own transportation to job. Temporary, full time 40 hrs/wk (might hire the right person) $18-$23 per hour.
