Property Management Co. seeking a part time/full time candidate to perform property management field work and control maintain department. Part time or full time may be considered based on experience and efficiency in field work and standard industry. Duties for field work include, but not limited to conducting move in and move outs, inspections, posting signs, meeting with tenants and vendors, etc. Duties for maintenance include, but not limited to, reviewing all work orders that come in and distributing to related vendor, delegating vendor, knowledge of pricing and scope of work to determine cost, approving invoices, etc.
