MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Greater Los Angeles area) Savoy West Apartments (128 units) has an immediate opening for a full-time highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician. IMMEDIATE OPENING for a highly skilled, experienced maintenance technician to handle all aspects of multi-family property maintenance, preventative maintenance and renovations. Qualified applicants will be responsible for performing and completing work orders/repairs, as well as unit turnovers (painting, cleaning, etc.) Heavy experience in plumbing and electrical preferred. HVAC certification preferred. Must be available to be on call for multiple properties. HVAC certification preferred.
