SUMMARY Brady Construction is currently seeking experienced Field Technicians with a wide range of construction field duties experience, assisting in servicing our ongoing Construction Projects and Clients here in Southern California. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Includes the following. Other responsibilities may apply. - Must have experience in some of the following trades: drywall, painting, tile installation, plumbing, electrical, ceiling work, framing, and concrete work. - Well-rounded maintenance/service minded individuals that work at a fast pace safely. - Performs work in accordance with industry and company standards. - Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Brady construction’s safety program on site. - Experience with installation of client provided equipment. - Experience operating power tools and working on top of ladders. - Ability to follow directions without direct supervision. - Ability to document work throughout stages of completion and communicate issues with Supervisor. - Strong attention to detail. - Clean driving record with DMV and valid driver’s license. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform all the essential duties to a satisfactory level.
