Looking for the right fit for our family! My husband and I are self employed with two little ones and three mid to large size dogs. Including a very messy, one year old Bloodhound. To say we are busy is an understatement. As a wife, mom, and business owner I am getting overwhelmed and looking for someone to help alleviate some of the chaos and clutter at home. I am looking for an individual to assist me with keeping up with the house. Not just a weekly cleaning service but someone who will take the time to learn the ins and outs of our home, where things go, and help create a clean, cohesive environment. We need to be able to decompress and spend time with our kids in the evenings and weekends instead of worrying about the never ending to do list around the house. Duties include but not limited to: Initial Deep Clean/ Room by Room as it's organized Maintaining a weekly cleaning schedule: floors will need mopped 2-3x week Maintaining a clutter free environment Clean and organize refrigerator and pantry Laundry: Sheets washed and changed weekly, towels, and kids clothes Play room/toys sorted and maintained Delivery boxes broken down and placed in trash Back yard picked up of trash (Bloodhound thinks he's a Billy goat) Couches and walls checked and wet-wiped for dog slobber (again, you can blame the hound) Occasional Pet care: maintaining food/water, exercise Misc. Errands: donation drop offs, post office, a quick grocery trip etc. Mileage reimbursed I will be starting the process of trying to go through each room one by one and sorting what we will be keeping and what will either be donated or sold at a later time as I work toward simplifying our home. I would like someone to come at least 3x a week in the mornings to early afternoons before kids get home from school. Ideally, 3+ days for 2-5 hours a day. There is also a need for general cleaning in our office located in west OKC so hours could be 15-25 hours a week based on motivation and initiative. Must have reliable transportation, ability to prioritize, and strong communication skills. Must show initiative, see a need, and find a solution to help with our home life and organization. Company credit card will be provided for the freedom to purchase cleaning supplies, storage containers, etc. Pay will be treated as if you are an employee of our business with weekly paychecks and/or direct deposit.
